Step 1: Access Calendar Settings
- Log in to your account dashboard.
- Navigate to the “Calendar” section from the left sidebar.

Step 2: Select Calendar
- In the Calendar section >>> then click on calendar settings to choose the calendar to edit
- Click on the 3 dots of the calendar to and click edit of the window that will appear to access the calendar settings

Step 3: Access Form Settings
- Within the calendar settings, proceed to the “Forms and Payment” section.
- At the top of this section, you can select a form to embed in the calendar.

Step 5: Save and Test
- Save your changes to embed the form in the calendar.
