Bulk Action: Enable DND for Multiple Contacts
Step 1: Access the Contacts Tab
- Navigate to the “Contacts” tab from the left sidebar.

Step 2: Select Contacts
- In the Contacts tab, you will see a list of all your contacts.
- Use the checkboxes to select the contacts you want to enable DND for. You can select multiple contacts at once.

Step 3: Open Bulk Actions Menu
- Once you’ve selected the desired contacts, click “Add to Automation” and then add them to your DND automation.

Manually: Enable DND for a Single Contact
Step 1: Access the Contacts Tab
- Navigate to the “Conversations” tab from the left sidebar.

Step 2: Select the Contact
- Click on the contact for whom you want to enable DND.
- This will open the contact’s detailed profile.

Step 3: Enable DND
- In the contact’s profile, locate right side, find “DND” or “Do Not Disturb” menu.
- Turn off or on the toggle to adjust DND for that contact.
