Step-by-Step Guide to Create the Workflow
Create a New Workflow
- Navigate to the automation section from your dashboard
- Click “Create New Workflow” and name it “First Reservation Confirmation Workflow”.

Set the Trigger
- Choose the trigger to initiate the workflow, in here we will choose “Form Submitted”
NOTE:Specify that this trigger is for customers making their first reservation.
Send Confirmation Email
- Add an action to send a confirmation email immediately after the reservation is made.
NOTE: you can further Personalize the email with the customer’s name, reservation details, and any other relevant information using custom value feature!


Send Reminder Email
- Include details of the reservation and any additional information the customer may need.
- Schedule a follow-up reminder email to be sent 24-48 hours before the reservation date.
Send Post-Reservation Thank You Email
- Add an action to send a thank-you email after the reservation date, asking for feedback and encouraging future reservations.
Track Workflow Performance
- Monitor how many customers receive and open the emails.
- Review the performance data regularly to identify areas for improvement.
