Step-by-Step Guide to Create the Workflow
Create a New Workflow
  • Navigate to the automation section from your dashboard
  • Click “Create New Workflow” and name it “First Reservation Confirmation Workflow”.

  • Add an action to send a thank-you email after the reservation date, asking for feedback and encouraging future reservations.

  • Monitor how many customers receive and open the emails.
  • Review the performance data regularly to identify areas for improvement.
