Sometimes you may want to add someone to a specific point in a workflow, rather than the beginning. Here’s how to do it.
1. Go to your dashboard
2. Click on Automations > Create Workflow

3. Click on the plus symbol to add an new element

4. select the If / Else element

5. decide what you want the paths to trigger on, usually a tag, or lack of tag is best

6. Add another element and select the Go To element

7. After you create the go to element it will highlight and blink green

8. Choose “where” you want the element to point to in the workflow

Now, add the person to the workflow, and it will follow the triggers you set and go to the area in the workflow. Then, remove the YES/NO element and put the workflow back to normal after you’ve completed the task you meant to achieve
