Opportunities Overview

This serves as a summary of the opportunities tab, providing an initial glimpse into your opportunities or leads, as per your preference.

Step 1: Filtering Your Opportunities

  • Within the Opportunities section, there are choices for filtering to narrow down specific opportunities within defined time frames. Options include viewing data for all time or selecting varying time increments.
    • Should you have specific time criteria for reviewing your leads, this is the section where you can customize that.
    • You have the ability to observe the date when leads were added.
    • Additionally, you can arrange them in ascending or descending order.
    • Filtering options also extend to pipeline, owner, and campaigns.

Step 2: Adding a New Opportunity

  • Initiate the process by clicking on +New and completing the details in the pop-up window to generate a new opportunity.

Step 3: Downloading Opportunity Details

  • Access opportunity information by clicking on the download icon.

Step 4: Utilizing “Additional Info” for Filtering

  • This segment retains your previous selections, allowing you to filter leads based on assigned tasks, calendar events, notes, and more.

While exploring your opportunities, clicking into a specific one enables you to view tags, initiate a conversation, contact the person, add tasks, and more!
